Join us for a transformative day designed to empower and support you through the sacred journey of pregnancy. This retreat will guide you through spiritual, physical, and emotional preparations for birth and parenthood, with a focus on pelvic health, labour positions, comfort measures, and postpartum care. You will experience yoga, breathwork, meditation, energy work, a nurturing pregnancy circle, and enriching discussions to help you embrace your inner strength and connect with your body and baby.
